HIPPIE MOVE

ME 🙂 in a hippie move

I like hippies, being friendly to mother earth and protesting not to war and go for PEACE!

Anyways I haven’t encounter a real hippie but hippie started in the 60’s, well here some facts about hippie 🙂

The hippie subculture was originally a youth movement that arose in the United States during the mid-1960s, swiftly spreading to other countries around the world. The etymology of the term ‘hippie’ is from hipster, and was initially used to describe beatniks who had moved into New York City’s Greenwich Village and San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury district. The early hippie ideology included the countercultural valuesof the Beat Generation. Some created their own social groups and communities, listened to psychedelic rock, embraced the sexual revolution, and used drugs such as marijuana and LSD to explore alternative states of consciousness.

And then the psychedelic music came in…

Psychedelic music covers a range of popular music styles and genres, which are inspired by or influenced by psychedelic culture and which attempt to replicate and enhance the mind-altering experiences of psychedelic drugs. It emerged during the mid 1960s among folk rock and blues-rock bands in the United States and Britain.

Here is the 10 psychedelic music of all time
