I have trouble in sleeping lately. And it is bothering me especially when I have classes. I can’t sleep at night anymore, I am mostly active at night until dawn. Then during morning until afternoon I tend to sleep. My eyes falls so easily during that period of time. This kind of sleeping schedule is not helpful in my studies.My sister find me weird already because I’m hyper active at night. And she creeps out when she sees me doing things at night. I want to get rid of this problem but in a natural way. I don’t wanna use sleeping pills because I don’t want my body to rely on it. I prefer solving this problem in a natural way maybe like drinking herbal or anything that has nothing to do with medicine (pills).  Wish someone will help me about this thing. thanks!! 🙂
